Pages carry review dates. When evidence moves on, the page flags itself stale instead of quietly going wrong.
Decide
Decisions are logged with rationale and the claims behind them, so six months later you know why, not just what.
Contract
Knowledge contracts assign who maintains which domain, making upkeep an explicit responsibility, not a hope.
