Services · Diagnostic

A two-week map of your real operating model, every finding traced to evidence.

The diagnostic is the land offer: a fixed-fee, fixed-timeline engagement that maps your processes, dependencies, knowledge risk, and technology estate, from your own people's words, cross-checked against what your systems show.

Available

Fixed fee · two weeks · 20 min per person

The promise

In under two weeks, you receive a defensible picture of how your company actually works, what the real processes are, where the dependencies and key-person risks sit, what your technology estate actually contains, and where the documentation and the reality disagree. Every finding carries its evidence, its confidence band, and its contradictions.

What you receive, the nine deliverables

Each deliverable is a document you can act on, not a slide of aspirations:

  • Process reality map, the operating processes as they actually run
  • Dependency & continuity report, what breaks if specific people are unavailable
  • Key-person risk register, ranked by evidence, not by org-chart height
  • Technology estate inventory, assets, SaaS, Shadow IT and Shadow AI, with owners
  • External footprint report, subdomains, certificates, mail posture, exposures
  • Contradiction log, everywhere documentation and reality disagree, with sources
  • Knowledge debt assessment, what lives only in heads, and whose
  • AI-readiness shortlist, what's safe to automate now, and what must be documented first
  • Executive readout, a 90-minute session walking your leadership through every finding

The two weeks, day by day

Day 1: the passive external scan runs; nothing needed from your team. Days 2–3: setup: identity grants (read-only), participant selection with you, kickoff. Days 3–8: AI discovery discussions, 20 minutes each, in French or English. Days 8–10: cross-check, contradiction resolution, and internal review. Day 10: the readout, with every claim traceable.

What we need from you, published in full

We publish the prerequisites checklist because the two-week promise depends on it, and because giving it away is itself proof of rigour:

  • An executive sponsor with ~4 hours total availability
  • Read-only identity access (OAuth / SSO) approved by your IT lead
  • 25–40% of headcount available for 20-minute discussions, chosen by process coverage
  • A list of the 3–5 processes you most need mapped (we'll find the ones you didn't list)
  • One decision you're actually trying to make, the diagnostic is aimed at it

How much of your team's time

Twenty minutes per participant. We interview 25–40% of headcount, selected by process-coverage modelling, the people whose absence would stop something, not a random sample. The executive sponsor spends about four hours across the whole engagement. Named honestly, because it's the first question everyone asks.

What findings look like, two tiers, on purpose

Established findings are corroborated or verified against systems. Reported findings are single-source leads, labelled as exactly that. Nobody else in this category distinguishes corroborated findings from leads; we publish the distinction because a defensible picture requires it.

Price

Fixed fee by headcount band: under 50 people, 50–200, 200–500. The number is on the pricing page, no "contact us for pricing" on the land offer. What happens after is your choice: the diagnostic stands alone, and the path to the Living Brain subscription is offered, never pushed.

Two weeks. Nine deliverables. Every claim traceable.

The scoping call is thirty minutes and starts with the decision you're trying to make.
